CCW, Embracing Change and Uncertainty: A Workshop for Black Women

In a world marked by constant transformation, change and uncertainty are inevitable companions on our journey. For Black women, who often bear the weight of intersecting challenges, this workshop provides a safe space to explore these dynamics especially during the notable changing of the seasons.

Recognizing that change is not only normal but also an essential part of growth, this workshop empowers attendees to navigate transitions with resilience and grace. Through guided discussions, mindfulness practices, and shared experiences, participants will emerge with a deeper understanding of their own strength and an enriched toolkit for thriving in an ever-changing world.
