Join us for Elevate our Women's Empowerment Group in partnership with the Scentuary. Our Summer and Fall Topics are below:

8/27: Silencing Negative Self- Talk: Challenging our critical thoughts and replacing them with uplifting and affirming thoughts.
10/8: Uplifting Affirmations: Creating affirmations that support us with our well-being on a regular basis.
10/29: FOMO (Fear of Missing Out): Sharing our reflections about where we are in life and feelings about what we are missing.
11/19: My Place of Peace: Creating our homes and environments to be places of wellness and peace.

This group will be co-facilitated by Robin Boyd, Owner of the Scentuary, and Camesha L. Jones, Executive Director of Sista Afya Community Care.
