A sisterly mini-retreat that celebrates the strength of Black women while setting intention to use our strength for mental liberation. Retreat featuring lively discussion and reflection on the lives of Harriet Tubman, Ida B. Wells, and Beyoncé. You'll dive into an experience of how determination, truth & vulnerability, and embracing Black pride can lead to optimum mentally wellness.
Mini-retreat includes: sisterly bonding, lunch, yoga, and meditation by Mila K. Marshall.
