About the event
VIBE Day is an empowering event designed specifically for Black teen girls (ages 13 - 17), fostering a supportive environment where they can explore and celebrate their Vision, Identity, Belonging, and Empowerment.
With a focus on nurturing the mind-body connection, attendees will engage in various activities aimed at enhancing well-being.
VIBE Day includes:
- Hip Hop Dance
- Art Therapy
- Managing my Mood Discussion
- Empowerment Sister Circle
- Free Lunch and Self-Care Swag Giveaway etc.
VIBE Day will provide a space for open dialogue about mental health, self-care practices, and navigating the challenges unique to Black girls.
