About the event
Join us for a back-to-school themed VIBE Day for Black Teen Girls! Participants will engage in art-making, self-care sessions, back-to-school giveaways, outdoor games, and delicious barbeque.
VIBE Day is an empowering event designed specifically for Black teen girls (ages 13 - 17), fostering a supportive environment where they can explore and celebrate their Vision, Identity, Belonging, and Empowerment.
VIBE Day includes:
- Self & Emotional Care Session by SHE Chicago.
- Journaling and Art-making
- Bullying Prevention workshop with MEAN Girls Empowerment
- Outdoor Games
- Free Barbeque
- Self-care Box Giveaway
