Grief & Loss: Learning and Healing Group

Grief can be overwhelming and difficult to work through on your own. Join Grief & Loss: Learning and Healing, a group for those who have lost a loved one, are actively supporting a loved one in their grief, and for caretakers of those who are in the process of transition due to age or terminal illness. The purpose of this group is for attendees to receive validation of their grief experience and education on what grief is, and how it shows up in individuals, and how to cope with loss. 

Group occurs monthly on Saturdays from 12 PM - 2 PM. April 27th, May 18th, and June 29th
